South Dakota Sukiyaki

  • 1 pronghorn roast
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
  • parboiled potatoes
  • large sized mushrooms
  • tallow

Slice antelope roast while still slightly frozen into narrow strips. Place electric fry pan in middle of serving table. Melt a little tallow in the pan and fry meat and vegetables together. Everyone cooks and eats at the same time. Season. Dip in soy sauce, mustard or catsup. Eat with boiled rice and an assortment of crackers.
