Buffalo Meat Balls

  • 2 pounds ground buffalo
  • 12 strips finely chopped raw bacon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 sweet basil
  • 1/4 oregano
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 slices diced bread
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Mix all ingredients together with hands making sure everything is mixed well. Roll into desired sized balls and place in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
