Quick-N-Easy Grilled Rabbit

  • 3 large rabbits
  • 64 ounces chicken stock
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce in a large pan or bowl

Soak the rabbit meat overnight in heavily salted water. Remove the rabbit meat from the salt water, and rinse well with ice-cold water. Fill a large stock pot with the chicken stock, and add the rabbit meat. Boil the rabbit meat, about three-quarters tender. Remove the meat, and dry it with paper towels. Grill the meat with the cover closed until the meat is tender. Baste with homemade BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
