Venison Tator Tots

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce or ketchup
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package (14 ounces) frozen tator tots

In skillet, combine ground venison, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with fork until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender (about 15 minutes). Add chili sauce, soup and water. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserolse, cover top with frozen tator tots. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.
